Ms. Serena Verma started her career as a biomedical software engineer focused on medical robotics, working in large companies such as Siemens, St. Jude Medical, and Intuitive Surgical. While still in corporate, she started investing in real estate in 2004, and over the next dozen years accumulated 45 STR and LTR properties, many owned the rest on an arbitrage model. She currently has properties in Arizona and the Smoky Mountains in TN that she has renovated, designed, and placed into service. In her cabin business she uses unique tech such as a welcome song generator connected to her PMS. The engineer in her kept calling though and she formed Hostvisors 3 years ago, a firm specializing in STR technology consulting, accounting, and business analytics. Hostvisors creates custom AI based and deterministic software products for STR occupancy tax and bookkeeping, and serves customers nationwide. She and her team are passionate about numbers, systems, and processes that optimize the value of PMCs.
