Examine international business and law in the UK and EU and the legal status and consequences in them

By completing the masters of business law program, you will be able to:

• Demonstrate a critical awareness of the impact and influence policy has and continues to have on professional practice within international business and law.

• Apply major theories and concepts to your studies.

• Reflect on your critical appreciation and apply knowledge to practise in the areas of international business law, including dispute resolution, company law, intellectual property, EU competition, and private international law.

• Demonstrate the skills necessary to plan, conduct and report on a research project by independently engaging with the subject literature and theory, analysing and assessing them to support critical and normative judgments and developing a structured argument.

• Identify a range of research strategies and methods, and reflexively assess the merits of each.
