Duncan Hughes, MSc Duncan has over 30 years of experience in commercial and investment banking as well as investment management, gained in senior positions at NM Rothschild, HSBC and Columbia Threadneedle.
He has specialised in structured finance, having been responsible for structuring and arranging financing for infrastructure and real estate assets internationally and in recent years has been involved with a number of Data Centre financing transactions, working with mainstream banking syndicates, private debt & equity investors and development finance institutions in the refinancing of mature assets into debt capital markets as well as the initial financing of construction via loan syndications and private debt investment.
A former Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) examiner and tutor at all three levels, Duncan provides also provides tuition for the CFA Institute’s ESG programmes.
