JP leads and manages consulting and M&A client engagements. He has a passion for financial modeling, guiding firms through the M&A partner search process, and working closely with clients to develop optimal solutions for their business challenges.
JP holds a B.S in Finance from Utah State University’s Huntsman School of Business and an MBA from Arizona State University’s W.P. Carey School of Business . Prior to joining AGS, he worked for a consulting firm that specialized in helping public companies design and value their equity linked compensation instruments.
JP and his wife spend a lot of their free time renovating houses and looking for new remodel opportunities. JP’s other hobbies include golf, skiing, fitness (F45), making BBQ on his Traeger or burgers on his Blackstone griddle. JP currently resides in Phoenix with his wife and two doodles, Marty and Chip.
