Alan is a seasoned real estate expert with over 40 years of experience.

He has directly managed over a billion dollars in loan workouts and asset dispute resolutions. Alan is a trusted advisor to corporate and individual owners of all types of real estate and an expert in alternative structures such as sale-leasebacks and exchange transactions. He pioneered sales for giants like IBM and Amoco, along with organizing and successfully completing numerous Section 363 sales. Alan then co-founded Hilco Real Estate Auctions, expanding the Hilco organization's reach.

Kravets notably sold 340 single-family homes through a Chapter 7 Trustee Sale. He was retained by the Trustee and quickly secured a $500,000 line of credit to protect the assets and pay administrative expenses through the sale. The high-interest facility was secured and approved by the Court as a priority administrative loan to the estate. Alan then sold the properties for $50 million.
