With 20 years of special assets experience across banks of all sizes, I have worked through most types of commercial workouts, including Commercial Real Estate, C&I, SBA, and commercial and single-family land development transactions. I currently manage Special Assets for Core Bank while also leading the bank’s single-family construction lending unit. I enjoy the challenge of workouts and the fact that no two situations—or days—are ever the same. My focus is on managing and resolving Midwest-based portfolios, with an emphasis on our Omaha and Kansas City markets.
