Chris Nishan is Head of Infrastructure Debt at M&G Investments, where he leads the team responsible for originating, underwriting and managing infrastructure debt investments. He oversees investment activity across a diverse range of sectors, including utilities, transport, digital infrastructure, energy and social infrastructure, working closely with sponsors, corporates, banks and institutional investors to deliver financing solutions.

Chris joined M&G in 2017 and has over 20 years of experience in infrastructure finance. Prior to M&G, he spent 11 years at Barclays' Infrastructure and Project Finance team, where he specialised in the structuring and execution of debt financings across the UK and Irish infrastructure and energy sectors.
