Christina Tarumoto serves as the Vice President of Client Services for Cardinal Group, where she holds executive oversight of third-party revenue generation and the strategic integration of real estate assets into the firm’s national portfolio.

Since 2015, Christina has been a primary driver of Cardinal’s institutional growth, adding over 200,000 beds to the student portfolio. She also leads Cardinal Group Consulting, a specialized division of providing critical advisory services in acquisitions, due diligence, and development support.

She is a graduate of North Carolina State University where she began her career with Cardinal in 2012.
