Prior to joining Palisade™, Yovonne spent more than a decade helping transform Preferred Floor & Tile Co. a local, family-owned flooring company from sub 1M in annual revenue into an eight-figure organization.

She is also the Founder of BrandLabs Co.™, an AI-powered strategic brand consultancy that helps companies accelerate growth by aligning brand, customer experience, and revenue strategy.
