Issam Hamid joined Partners Capital in 2025 as a Partner and Head of Middle East. Issam was previously Managing Partner and Co-Founder of an FCA regulated investment management and advisory firm with offices in London and Dubai. Prior to that, he served as Chief Investment Officer with leading family offices in Riyadh and Jeddah, overseeing multi-billion-dollar investment portfolios across public and private markets. He has also held senior roles at Shell International and McKinsey & Co. where he advised on investment strategy, M&A, business planning, governance and restructuring. Issam holds an MBA from Warwick Business School and a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the London School of Economics. He is a regular speaker (since 2017) at London Business School. He has served on numerous corporate and not-for-profit boards in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
