Sara Al-Ateeqi is a Kuwait-based investment and finance executive with over a decade of experience in private equity, restructuring, and corporate governance. She serves as Vice Chairman and CEO of AlMal Investment Company, where she has led a complex corporate turnaround and strategic repositioning. A holder of an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, Sara has built a career at the intersection of institutional investment and board leadership across the GCC.

She is the founder of Women of Capital, a resource platform supporting women pursuing board seats and leadership roles in finance, and a vocal advocate for expanding female representation in governance across the region.
