This four-day programme develops the leadership skills needed to mobilise others, deliver exceptional results and create a positive, high-performing workplace.
Built around the Action Centred Leadership model, it helps you balance the overlapping needs of the task, the team, and each individual. Through presentations, case studies, assessments, desktop exercises, and leadership role-plays, you will explore leadership styles, emotional intelligence, communication, team development, culture, diversity, feedback, and motivation. You will leave with practical insights into your current leadership behaviours and a clear plan to strengthen performance in the workplace.

Since 2003, Alan has facilitated nearly three hundred learning events in his specialist subjects of quality management, operations excellence, service excellence, strategy management, the Balanced Scorecard and leadership – real life case studies, personal experience, and hands on exercises are key features of all his programmes.
Alan has been awarded a certificate in counselling skills and coaching and is an accredited Action Centred Leadership trainer and Balanced Scorecard consultant.
