This highly participative workshop builds the confidence and flexibility to negotiate and resolve conflict across internal workplace and external commercial situations. Through practical models, personal assessment, group exercises, and role-plays, you will explore your preferred conflict-handling style, plan negotiations strategically, understand the other party's interests, and trade variables to reach positive outcomes. You will also examine mediation and other dispute resolution approaches, practise dealing with emotion and tough negotiators, and develop an action plan to apply the learning in your role.

Led By Richard Napier
After a successful career in Sales and Sales Management with IBM and NCR, Richard moved into a small London based start-up, focused on Training and Consultancy in the Financial Services sector. The company grew very quickly and established operations in New York, Singapore, Sydney and Amsterdam. He worked with some of the biggest financial institutions in Corporate and Investment Banking, Investment Management and Re-Insurance delivering on a number of major projects and initiatives.
Richard’s facilitation style is very pragmatic. He helps who he trains and coaches to identify both their strengths and improvement areas. Using his knowledge and expertise, he is able to help reinforce those strengths and address the improvement areas.
